1. What is a Premium Pro account and what features and advantages does it have?
It is an account which offers all the songs of the KaraokeMedia catalogue (current titles). It is the best and the most economical way to find all the songs you like without any playing limitation and to enjoy the best karaoke software . You will also have all the songs that we upload in real time.
10. What happens if I have no money in my account when the bill has to be made?
No problem. It can be done in 3 attempts, one every five days. If the 3 attempts are done and the bill is not payed, the account is cancelled and it needs to be hired again. If you paid the charges when hiring it, you do not need to pay the charges again if the payment was done less than 6 months ago, otherwise the charges should be paid.
11. Can I have my account on 2 different computers?
If you only have a license, you can not. The account is exclusively for one computer. You can transfer the account to another computer but it can only be used in one. If you have a license of 2, 3, 4... computers, you can use it on as many computers as licenses you have contracted.
With the Premium Pro account along with the KaraokeMedia Pro4 software you can download all the tracks available on KaraokeMedia. The download is performed in the background and it is transparent, so you can continue with the normal performance of the karaoke.
23. My customers ask me songs, can I ask for them?
The KaraokeMedia Pro 4 program has an option to suggest songs. We try to make the karaoke as soon as possible as long as it can be useful for everyone.
24. Apart from this, what else do I need to start singing?
In the case of using it in a karaoke room or bar, you need to have the room with sound equipment, mixer, microphones etc., even if you do not have all this, you can contact us, we will advise you to have everything perfect .
Our catalogue is mainly in Spanish and in English, but we also have songs available in French, Italian, Portuguese, etc ...
26. What happens if I unsubscribe but I want to subscribe again? Must I pay the charges again?
It depends. If when you first hired the account you already paid the charges and this was less than 6 months ago, it is not necessary. Otherwise, if you did not pay the charges, now you will have to pay such charges, regardless if It's been six months.
27. What if my Premium Pro account does not work on my computer?
You have to check that the account and the payment orders are activated, since if the third payment attempts fails, the Premium Pro account will be cancelled. You also have to verify that the account is fully installed on the computer you are using.
28. Can I return a payment of my Premium Pro account?
If you have purchased the access to the KaraokeMedia Bill Paying Premium Service through the Internet, you can cancel the purchase and receive a refund of the full payment within 14 days from the start of the subscription. However, please note this, if you access the KaraokeMedia Paying Service in that period of the first 14 days, you will be no longer legitimated to cancel or annul the purchase of that service or to receive a refund even if you don't access the KaraokeMedia Paying Service anymore.
If you are going to format your computer or change any element of this hardware environment, it is advisable to contact our technical service department email@example.com , to advise you about the data transfer and saving as well as the license for Karaokemedia Pro 4. If you can't make this process properly your virtual license can be deleted and you will have to acquire a new license. So it is advisable to transfer the license to another computer before formatting the current one.
